Bhubaneswar: May 29: The Odisha IAS Officers Association alleged that a senior IAS officer was “personally targeted” by Union Petroleum & Natural Gas Minister Dharmendra Pradhan at a Programme in Bhubaneswar. Today, Association submitted a memorandum to Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik regarding this.
Odisha IAS officers Association informed through the memorandum that, ‘At the inauguration of the National Data Centre of NIC, Bhubaneswar, Union Petroleum Minister personally targeted a senior IAS officer of the State Government, who was attending the function on invitation.
Also Association alleged that several such incidents have also been reported by the field functionaries and this has vitiated the working atmosphere with a demoralising effect on the officers and employees of the state government.
The association has appealed the Chief Minister to take up the matter at the appropriate level.
