India has registered 27,254 new Covid-19 cases and 219 deaths in the last 24 hours, as per the Union Health Ministry. With this, India’s Covid case tally increased to 3,32,64,175.
With 219 fresh deaths, India’s death toll rose to 4,42,874.
37,687 recoveries recorded in the last 24 hours and total recoveries reached 3,24,47,032. Also, Recovery Rate improves further and currently it is at 97.54%.

India’s Active caseload has been declining and now it stands at 3,74,269, which is 1.13% of total cases.
Weekly Positivity Rate remains 2.11%, less than 3% for last 80 days.
Daily positivity rate stands at 2.26%, less than 3% for last 14 days.
As per ICMR Data, cumulative total samples tested up to September 12’2021 reached 54,30,14,076. On 12th September, 12,08,247 samples have been tested.
