New Delhi: July 27: India reported the highest single-day spike of 49,931 new COVID-19 cases and with this, Country’s total tally increased to 14,35,453.
As per the data presented in Health Ministry’s dash board, Total fatalities in the Country crossed 32,771, including 708 new deaths in 24 hours.
As per the data updated at 8 am today, a total 9,17,568 patients have recovered from the disease so far. In last 24 hours, more than 30,000 patients have come out of disease. The recovery rate further improved to 63.92 per cent.
At present, 4,85,114 cases are active and undergoing treatment.
With single-day spike of 9,431 cases, Maharashtra’s total tally reached to 3,75,799 and 13,656 people have succumbed to the disease so far.
Maharashtra is followed by Tamil Nadu (2,13,723), Delhi (1,30,606), Karnataka (96,141), Andhra Pradesh (96,298), Uttar Pradesh (66,988), West Bengal (58,718), Gujarat (55,822) and Telengana (54,059).
