Chennai: Ravichandran Ashwin picked up the 37th five-wicket haul of his career to take India to an emphatic 280-run win over Bangladesh in the first Test in Chennai. He adds this alongside an exceptional century from the first innings to complete a dream game in his home ground.

Bangladesh captain Najmul Hossain Shanto top-scored with 82, and battled hard with Shakib Al Hasan for the first hour. But it all came undone when Ashwin came into the attack.
