Malkangiri, Aug 30: Today Mathili BDO and IIC arrived at the spot and initiated an investigation, on the orders of having a probe in the matter by the District Collector, into the alleged thrashing of two eunuchs by some youngsters at Nayakguda here. Initial stages of investigation has revealed that the eunuchs has demanded money from those youngsters when the latter were coming back from the Mathili market in a bus. Thus, outraged the youngsters attacked them.
Notably, eight months ago two eunuchs were beaten up by some locals at Nayakguda. A video of the incident went viral on internet yesterday in which three youths were seen thrashing the eunuchs mercilessly.
