Angul: In a saddening incident, a woman died after a plant fell on her as a result of Kalabaisakhi. The incident happened in Debhuin village under Badagunduri Gram Panchayat under Kaniha block in Angul district.
According to information, the woman was killed after a Gulmohar tree fell on her. Her child had a narrow escape.
The Kalabaisakhi rains have wreaked havoc in the Odisha in the last few days. The rains lashed out in several parts of Odisha and as a result huge damage was seen.
