Loot of 3 lakh diamond from Vanity Bag in BPIA amidst high security in state capital

Bhubaneswar, Dec 8: On Wednesday night, the vanity bag of a woman which had diamond worth Rs 3 lakh, Rs 10,000 cash and an ATM card was robbed off at the Airport here.

It’s stated that two sisters from Rourkela named Neha Pansari and Minakshi Khandelwal had arrived at the Bhubaneswar airport yesterday night in an IndiGo flight from Coimbatore. At the terminal, the sisters waiting for a cab with luggage, all of a sudden someone snatched the vanity bag of Neha and ran off. The duo immediately raised the alarm and a mild tension erupted around the two for some time as this loot took place amidst a very high security.

Neha lodged a case at the Airfield police station immediately following the cops examined the CCTV footage but could not identify the robber.
