Cuttack, Jan 7: After receiving valid information against Mahima Mishra regarding his involvement in Press Chhak bomb hurling case in 2013, Mishra has been taken to the Cuttack SDJM court on Friday by the Twin City Commissionerate police to make Mishra a prime accused in this case.
On Thursday, Cuttack ACP and Madhupatna police interrogated Mishra on this case in Paradip. The Commissionerate police also has evidences of the same in this case. Based upon the case, criminal Ganesh Sahu has been arrested by the police, police sources informed. The bomb had been hurled under directions given by Mishra, police further added.
Till Thursday, prior to his shift to the Cuttack SDJM, Mishra was lodged in Samagol jail in Jagatsingpur.
