Look at the chart and the position of Moon & Saturn, Moon in leo (simha) 25 degree 36 minute and Saturn in libra (tula) 23 degree 6 minute. , here Moon aspecting Saturn by 60 degree aspect creating punarphoo. Though this girl’s engagement with a boy had been done before 2 years but still the marriage could not be materialized yet. The celebration has been cancelled twice due to different reasons and now the marriage is in a doubtful stage. Saturn is a planet of delaying the marriage. Here Saturn in punarphoo is in rapt conjuction with 5th and aspecting 2nd , 7th, & 11th which are the relevant houses for marriage.
In this chart the 7th lord is auspicious Jupiter but it is badhakadhipati. It is the occupant of 6th house which negates the marriage so it is no way helpful.
Venus is definitely the occupant of 5th which is a favorable house for marriage but it is in star of Saturn again(a planet of punarphoo).
Now the girl is in her 29th year.
