Kollam: Mata Amritanandamayi Math on Sunday offered Rs 100 crore for construction of toilets and sanitation works in Kerala after contributing Rs 100 crore to the Swachha Bharat and Clean Ganga Missions.
‘Amma’ pledged the money during her 62nd birth day celebration at the Math premises at Vallikavu near here.
A certificate pledging Rs 100 crore to Kerala for construction of toilets and sanitation purpose was handed over to Kerala Chief Minister Omen Chandy at the function.
