BHUBANESWAR, SEPT 26: A 3.2 magnitude mild earthquake had hit Dhenkanal on Saturday morning. The tremors were felt in various parts of the district.
According to Bhubaneswar Meteorological Centre, the earthquake having magnitude 3.2 on the Richter Scale with epicenter at about 35 km North of Seismological Observatory Bhubaneswar hit Dhenkanal at around 8.18 am today.
According to reports, panic-stricken people were seen coming out of their homes. But, no loss to property or life has been reported.
