Bhubaneswar, Nov 3: On entering the house and threatening the family of a minor girl knife point, a youth named Linga Nayak raped the minor girl on Sunday night. He took the girl to the backyard and raped her. Following the incident a complaint was filed at the Saheed Nagar Police station but unfortunately no such action has been taken by the police yet. Later the victim’s family moved to the Mahila Police station but there also they got the same reaction.
However, a case has been registered on Wednesday at the Saheed Nagar Police station after the incident was taken to Satyabrata Bhoi, DCP of Bhubaneswar. However, the criminated in on the run. Raids have being carried on by the police, informed Bhoi.
