Bhubaneswar, March 10: In a series of snatching incidents here Wednesday, a woman and a businessman fell victim losing ornament and cash.
A gold chain was snatched from a woman near a high security Governor’s House area by miscreants on a pulsar bike while a businessman was robbed off Rs two lakh cash at the bustling Rajmahal Chowk, Police sources said today.
Meanwhile, two looters were held from City outskirts today and gun, ammunition seized from them, the sources said.
The two miscreants were nabbed by the Quick Reaction Team (QRT) of the city police. The cops have seized one pistol and two live bullets from their possession.
