Bhubaneswar: the MLA Local Area Development (LAD) fund has been hiked to Rs five crore from Rs 3 crore.
This was announced by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who also holds the Finance portfolio, during the presentation of the Budget proposals in the Odisha Assembly on Monday.
This will cost Rs 735 crore, he said.
