Bhubaneswar, Apr 7: A day still after the mysterious suicide death of Padhee’s Tutorial owner JB Padhi, talks have yet not been cooled down, as questions arise for the cause of such an extreme step.
Talking to the media, sister-in-law of JB Padhi, Hena Mohapatra said, “no sure reasons have yet been traced, but debt burden may have been the main reason for taking such an extreme step, as he was under utter mental stress since a few days.”
Notably, Padhi was under Rs 30 crore worth of debt from banks along with private money lenders. He had taken the loan for the development of his college, kalinga Bharati Residential College at Pira Bazaar in Cuttack. At the scene of his suicide, the police had recovered a 10-paged suicide note, to which the investigation is on.
