Nail Biting Final Expected Between India & New Zealand

Dubai: The final between India and New Zealand is expected to be nail biting and an epic sequel to the 2000 ICC Champions Trophy final, which New Zealand won.

The Men in Blue would like to avenge losses to the Blackcaps in the 2019 ICC Cricket World Cup semifinal and 2021 ICC World Test Championship final. India will be led by captain Rohit Sharma and New Zealand shall play under the captaincy of Mitchell Santner.

Ahead of the ICC Champions Trophy final 2025 against New Zealand in Dubai, former India skipper and Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) President, Sourav Ganguly believed that if the Men in Blue play well in the final, then they will go on to clinch the title on Sunday.

India and New Zealand shall face each other in the ICC Champions Trophy 2025 on Sunday March 9, 2025. The match will take place at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, starting at 2:30 PM IST (9:00 AM GMT). fans can watch the live streaming of the match on JioHotstar and Doordarshan (DD).
