Bhubaneswar, Sept 8: Rainfall has occurred at a few places over Interior Odisha and at one or two places over Coastal Odisha. Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours rainfall of 1.2mm along with thundershowers thus having a maximum and minimum temperature of 30 degree Celsius and 24 degree Celsius respectively on Friday having a cloudy atmosphere all around.
The relative humidity will be 98 percent at its maximum and 92 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT Sub-Division.
On coming Friday and Tuesday North Odisha will be having very heavy showers and on coming Saturday and Monday, heavy rainfall is likely to occur in Interior Odisha.
On the basis of weather report submitted by the MeT officials, there is no significant change in the climate as of now.
The highest maximum temperature of 33.1 C was recorded at Sonepur and the lowest minimum temperature of 20.0 C was recorded at Sundergarh & Phulbani in the plains of Odisha.
