Paradip, Jan 21: Paradip Police has today served notice to OSL director Chinmay Mishra and DGM Rabindra Dalei again, asking them to appear before it by January 23 in connection with the murder of Seaways group GM Mahendra Swain.
Chinmay Mishra is the nephew of arrested industrialist Mahima Nanda Mishra.
Along with, the Police have also served a notice to Chinmay Bala, son of Basant Bala, Mahima Mishra’s Aide, to appear before it by January 24.
Earlier Mahima Mishra’s sons Chandan and Charchit were summoned at the Paradip police station for interrogation on January 11.
The police had asked Chinmay Mishra and Rabindra Dalei asking them to appear before it on January 15, however, they did not appear.
