Bhubaneswar, May 31: Yesterday Odisha CM Naveen Patnaik felicitated the tribal girl Monica Mankadia for successfully passing her annual high school certificate examination, 2017. The girl is from particular vulnerable tribal group (PVTG) named Mankadia. As a token of felicitation, Patnaik gifted her a laptop to encourage her for further education. He also gave a mobile phone to the headmaster of the Srama Shakti High School at Sukinda in Jajpur where Monica was a student. Patnaik asked Monica to continue her education and set an example for the other tribal children.
