Bhubaneswar, Jan 22: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday launched the logo of the Odisha Knowledge Hub Lecture Series at State Secretariat here.
On the occasion he emphasized on periodic interactions and exchange of ideas between development administrators and subject matter specialists to make the process of knowledge sharing more meaningful.
He said in its endeavor to emerge as one of the leading States of India, Odisha has to overcome certain unique challenges. These challenges are historic and inherent due to our unique demography and geography. Development planners and administrators have to approach these challenges with open mind, and find creative, innovative, inclusive and sustainable solutions, the Chief Minister added.
Patnaik added, there is a need for the development planners and administrators to approach the State’s unique challenges with an open mind and find creative and innovative solutions for Odisha specific issues.
“My Government has been making all efforts to ensure that these twin objectives are achieved through initiatives that are custom-built to suit our socio-economic eco-system,” the Chief Minister said.
He hoped the Odisha Knowledge Hub lectures will be contextual, focused and informal to facilitate seamless interactions.
