Bhubaneswar: June 09: Commissionerate Police arrested the elder brother of the deceased Pritam Routray, in the incident of murder of a person on the outskirts of Bhubaneswar.
The arrested person has been identified as Shrasta Routray alias Mamulu, elder brother of deceased Pritam Routray.
Police arrested him from Phulnakhara area and also seized the weapon.
The accused had allegedly stabbed his younger brother to death in Balianta area on June 7 evening.
The murder suspect was caught on CCTV Camera. After investigation of the visual, Police could know that, the suspect was Pritam’s elder brother.
According to reports, both Pritam and Mamulu were staying in Panchamukhi Apartment at atalagada under Balianta Police Station.
