73rd Republic Day: Odisha Governor Unfurls The National Flag
Odisha celebrated 73rd Republic Day with much enthusiasm amid Covid-19 restrictions. Governor of Odisha Ganeshi Lal unfurled the National Flag and took salute at the State-level Republic Day parade celebrations at the Mahatma Gandhi Marg in Bhubaneswar.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik joined the occasion as the guest of honour.
Due to the current Covid Situation only 10 contingents took part in the parade.

2019 batch IPS Rohit Verma, ASP-under-training, Angul led the march from the front followed by the Second in Command, Ashok Biswal OAPS, Assistant Commander, SOG, Chandaka.
As many as 25 platoons of police force and 70 officers had been deployed to maintain the law and order situation.
