Bhubaneswar, June 3: Taking another step towards rising popularity, the Naveen-led government today announced the increase of pension assistance to the soldiers and widows of soldiers of the World War II.
As per sources, the state Finance minister Shashi Bhusan Behera today approved the proposal of increasing the pension amount from Rs 1000/month to Rs 6000 a month..
With this step by the state government about 480 people will be benefited from hence.
