Bhubaneswar: May 08: Home Secretary Asit Tripathy, DGP RP Sharma and Crime Branch IG Arun Bothra and other senior officials of Odisha Government appeared before National Commission for Scheduled Castes at New Delhi on Tuesday in connection with the Kunduli Issue.
It was alleged that, a 14 year old girl was gang raped by four men in Uniform on October 10’2017 and further the girl committed suicide on January 22, 2018. Yogendra Paswan, Member, National Commission for Scheduled Castes visited Kunduli earlier and met the victim’s family members. Also, the National Commission had earlier issued letters to the Collector and SP to appear before the office in person along with relevant documents.
