Odisha reported 580 fresh cases in last 24 hours, taking the State’s total (since the beginning of pandemic) to 10,18,298.

Out of 580 new cases, 336 people were in quarantine and rest 244 are local contact cases. Also, 77 cases are in the age group of 0-18.
561 new recoveries reported yesterday and with this, total recoveries reached 10,04,164.
Current active caseload goes below 6 K. It is 5963 today.
4 deaths recorded in last 24 hours and Odisha’s total death toll due to Covid-19 jumped to 8118.
60,722 tests have been conducted in last 24 hours and daily positivity rate stands at 0.95 per cent.
Khurda District reported highest cases (261), which is 45 per cent of the daily cases reported today.
