Bhubaneswar: June 10: Odisha recorded 6097 fresh cases on June 10. Out of that, 3446 people were in quarantine and rest 2651 are local contact cases.
Khurda district again crossed 1000-mark. As per the information of I & PR Department, Khurda registered 1017 cases, followed by Cuttack 647 cases, Jajpur 434 cases, Balasore 392 cases, Mayurbhanj 297 cases, Angul 295 cases, Puri 291 cases, Kendrapara 253 cases, Bhadrak 246 cases, Jagatsinghpur 226 cases, Sundergarh 208 cases, Nawarangpur 146 cases, Boudh 130 cases, Koraput 126 cases, Keonjhar 123 cases, Nayagarh & Rayagada 120 cases each, Kandhamal 112 cases, Bargarh 107 cases, Sambalpur 101 cases, Malkangiri 84 cases, Bolangir & Kalahandi 77 cases each, Dhenkanal 73 cases, Sonepur 64 cases, Gajapati 48 cases, Ganjam 45 cases, Jharsuguda 42 cases, Deogarh 28 cases and Nuapada 17 cases.
151 cases were found from State Pool.
So far, Odisha registered 8,37,226 cases and 7,64,673 patients have recovered from the disease.
Active cases number in the State reduced to 69,333.
44 Covid Positive Patients died while undergoing treatment in Hospitals. Total death toll in the State reached 3167.
