Again, daily Covid-19 Positive Cases started growing in Odisha. Today, it has reported 488 new cases. Total cases in the State increased to 10,41,457. During last24 hours, 490 people recovered from the infection and total recoveries reached 10,28,697.
Also, as informed by Health Department, 4 more people succumbed to the disease and overall death toll rose to 8,333.
Current active caseload stands at 4374. Daily Positivity Rate remains at 0.70 percent.
69,675 tests have been done during last 24 hours.
Khurda District reported 250 new cases alone, followed by Cuttack (54), Mayurbhanj (19), Puri (15), Sambalpur (13), Sundergarh (13) and 53 cases from State Poll.
17 districts of Odisha reported cases in single digits and 7 districts do have new cases during last 24 hours.
