Cuttack, Mar 27: In the wee hours of today, on Cantonment road here, a person was injured in a shoot. The name of the person is Shaik Jalil nelonging to Mani Sahu chhak. He was shot on his stomach and leg. He is now being treated at the SCB Medical College and Hospital. The reason behind the firing is yet to ascertained. However, through primary investigation, it’s said that there appears to be some link with the recent Kesharpur bombing incident. Cuttack DCP, Sanjeev Arora has taken stock of the situation and will brief on the reason behind the shooting incident shortly.
