Bhubaneswar: June 05: A 63-year old person died due to COVID-19 while undergoing treatment in hospital. The deceased is from Khurda district. As per the information provided by Health & Family Welfare Department , the deceased was a chronic patient of diabetes with other underlying comorbidities.
With this, the total death toll in Odisha due to COVID-19 rose to eight.
Regret to inform that a 63 year old male patient of Khordha district who had tested positive for Covid, passed away while under treatment in hospital.
He was a chronic patient of diabetes and other underlying comorbidities.
