Phulbani, Sep 16: Yesterday the Orissa court granted a man to 10 years of rigorous imprisonment for raping his daughter in Kandhamal.
It’s stated that the District and Sessions Judge Court granted the same to the culprit, Jugal Kishore Parichha. Local police had arrested the 48-year-old man in 2014.
