Bhubaneswar, Feb 4: Today some Maoist posters and banners asking villagers here in Rayagada to refrain from contesting or even casting votes in the upcoming panchayat polls were found at various places in Sikarpal area in the district. The posters and banners had the names of CPI (M) secretaries, Das Brumha and Umakanta Mishra.
