Bhubaneswar, Feb 15: Today an Odisha BJP delegate met the SEC and alleged that the ruling BJD used a chopper which was meant for government work and not for panchayat polls campaign.The BJP team alleged that a chopper, which was engaged in Chief Minister’s official duty, was found used by a BJD MP yesterday for campaigning. They also complained that four bureaucrats of the ‘Third Floor’ are working for BJD. The saffron party requested the SEC to initiate immediate action by excercising its constitutional powers.
