Bhubaneswar, Feb 16: Today senior Congress leader and former president of the Odisha Pradesh Congress Committee (OPCC), Niranjan Patnaik accepted that fact that the failure of Congress in the Panchayat Polls is because of lack of coordination and discipline among the party leaders. He also further stated that as the people of Odisha have turned their back to BJD and still have not been able to entrust in Congress and so without any choice they have chosen BJP.
