Paradip, Nov 18: In connection with the murder of Seaways Shipping general manager Mahendra Swain, today the Odisha police served a lookout notice for Congress leader Bapi Sarkhel. Jagatsinghpur Superintendent of Police (SP) Jay Narayan Pankaj informed this to media this morning.
It’s stated that the notice was issued on the basis of some vital information rend from Rakesh Choubey. Yesterday Serkhel’s office and two other places were raided by the local police.
