Baripada, April 4: BaripadaTown police on Saturday night rescued 20 minor girls while they were being taken to Kolkata by a bus.
The rescued girls belonged to Bhadrak, Jagatsinghpur and Puri districts, police sources said adding they were being taken to the neighboring state on the pretext of providing jobs in a prawn farm.
The police have detained three women and are interrogating them, the sources said.
