Balasore, Feb 16: User trial of Prithvi-II medium range ballistic missile was conducted at Chandipur, off Odisha coast on Tuesday.
The missile was tested from the no-3 launchpad of Integrated Test Range in Chandipur, Balasore.
According to sources, the user-trial was conducted at 10 AM.
The Prithvi-II medium range ballistic missile has a target range of 250-350 Km.
The missile weighs in at 4,600 Kg and is 8.56 metre wide.
