Bhubaneswar, Dec 15: In a committee meeting on Thursday, the process for regularization of jobs of Gana Shikshaks have been finalized and will start soon, said School and Mass Education Minister Debi Mishra while addressing the press today.
After 100s of Gana Shikshaks protest and stage dharnas in front of 6 ministrial residences, the inter-ministrial committee chaired by Finance Minister Pradeep Amat has today come to a conclusion to start the process of regularizing jobs of Gana Shikshaks in the state. The report will be said to the state government for approval, said Mishra.
Various other steps will also be taken after the cabinet’s approval, like the Grant-in-aid schools without an own land will be provided with land, uniforms will be provided to students of the schools, he added.
