Rainfall Decreases from Oct 30

Bhubaneswar, Oct 24: According to the MeT officials department, Weather has been dry over Odisha. Maximum temperatures appreciably rose over South Coastal Odisha & observed no large change over rest Odisha and were normal over the state. Minimum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha and were normal over North Coastal Odisha & below normal over rest Odisha. Having partly cloudy atmosphere Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours thundershowers thus having a maximum and minimum temperature of 32 degree Celsius and 20 degree Celsius respectively on Tuesday having a cloudy atmosphere all around.

The relative humidity will be 93 percent at its maximum and 39 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT Sub-Division.

Weather likely to be dry in Odisha on Tuesday and Wednesday. On Thursday, there will be showers in Coastal Odisha but Interior Odisha will experience dry weather conditions. On Friday, rainfall will occur in North Odisha with very heavy showers in Coastal Odisha with a few in the South. On Saturday, there will be heavy rainfall in Coastal Odisha with a few in the Interior as well.

On the basis of weather report submitted by the MeT officials, there will be a decrease in rainfall from Oct 30.

The highest maximum temperature of 33.7oC was recorded at Angul and the lowest minimum temperature of 14.50C was recorded at Bhawanipatna in the plains of Odisha.
