Bhubaneswar, Dec 6: According to the MeT officials department, Shallow fog has been observed at isolated pockets of North Interior Odisha. Weather has been dry over Odisha. Minimum temperatures rose appreciably over North Coastal Odisha and observed no large change over rest of the state. They were appreciably above normal over North Coastal Odisha and above normal over South Coastal Odisha and Normal over rest of the state. Having partly cloudy atmosphere Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours a maximum and minimum temperature of 29 degree Celsius and 19 degree Celsius respectively on Saturday having a cloudy atmosphere all around.
The relative humidity will be 91 percent at its maximum and 51 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT Sub-Division. On Saturday and Sunday rainfall will be in South Odisha and in some parts of North Odisha. On Monday and on Tuesday weather will be mostly dry. On Wednesday and Thursday, Odisha will witness a shallow and a dense fog respectively. As per the weather forecasters, there will be an increase in rainfall from Dec 8.
For the farmers, moderate rainfall is likely to occur in parts of districts of South and North Odisha. The highest maximum temperature of 330C was recorded at Balangir and the lowest minimum temperature of 11.00C was recorded at Sundergarh in the plains of Odisha.
