Reliance JIO has competition now! BSNL comes out with 10 GB per day only at Rs 249

New Delhi / Bhubaneswar, Apr 3: The telecom network operating in states, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), seems as if, has come down heavily on Reliance JIO. To give a neck to neck competition, BSNL has started offering 10 GB data per day as part of its ‘Unlimited Broadband at 249’ offer. It’s users have the liberty to download and use 10 GB data per day by just  paying monthly charges of Rs 249. It’s new unlimited wireless plan runs at 2 mbps speed. Another benefit of this offer is that users can also make unlimited free calls to any network between 9 PM to 7 AM and on all Sundays without any additional charges. The main objective of this new plan is to attract new customers and also ensure that their old customers continue using their broadband services. N. K. Gupta, Director (NFA) BSNL Board stated to the media that BSNL is the only such operator that is offering the cheapest scheme under wireline Broadband services in the country. The plan has already started bringing results for the telco as new customers have started subscribing to BSNL wireline broadband services for the offer. New Broadband connections can be subscribed by visiting nearest BSNL customer service center or by calling toll free number- 1800 345 1500.

For mobile customers, BSNL recently announced a new monthly pack that comes with 56 GB of bundled data, along with “unlimited calls” at Rs 339. But calling is not actually unlimited but rather limited to 25 minutes daily.
