New Delhi, Apr 1: Yesterday, the most preferred network for all for now, Reliance Jio came up with some new surprises in concern with its Jio Prime Membership plan. It was that no tariff would be incurred on the first few months of the plan. In order to become prime member, customers will have to first subscribe to the Prime membership by paying Rs 99 and either purchase Jio’s Rs 303 or the other offers under primemembership. Once the customers are done with this, they will get the first three months as “complimentary” and their paid tariff plan will begin from July after the expiry of the “complimentary” scheme.
Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani announced the same.
Also, the last date for subscribing to the prime membership plan has been extended upto April 15, 2017 that initially was Mar 31, 2017 as million of customers are still lining up for the Jio Prime plan. Hence, customers recharging before or on Apr 15 will be getting the benefit. Ambani, while thanking the customers for becoming members of the prime membership plan, also added that this new offer is the ‘Jio Summer Surprise’ and this is just the beginning, as there are many more surprises in store for the prime customers. Ambani also made a reference of the network issues and promised an improvement in service quality in the days ahead. He also informed that over 72 million people have opted for Reliance Jio primemembership plan thus setting a record of own.
