Bhubaneswar, Apr 1: Heat wave condition prevailed over some parts of Interior Odisha. Shallow fog has been observed at isolated pockets over North Interior Odisha. Weather has been dry over Odisha. Maximum temperatures observed no large change over Odisha. They wereappreciably above normal over Interior Odisha and normal over Coastal Odisha.

Having clear sky, Odisha’s capital city is likely to experience in the next 24 hours a maximum and minimum temperature of 36 degree Celsius and 25 degree Celsius respectively on Saturday.

The relative humidity will be 92 percent at its maximum and 60 percent at its minimum, as said by the MeT. Weather to be dry over Odisha with a moderate to severe heatwave at some places of Interior Odisha on Sunday and Monday. On Wednesday and Thursday, weather to be dry in Interior Odisha and rainfall in Coastal Odisha. On Tuesday, rainfall in South Odisha and weather to be dry in North Odisha. As per the weather forecasters, rise in temperature from Apr 6.

For the farmers, weather to be sunny in Odisha with a moderate to severe heatwave condition in Interior Odisha.

The highest maximum temperature of 44.00C was recorded at Titlagarh and the lowest minimum temperature of 17.00C was recorded at Sundergarh in the plains of Odisha.
