Bhubaneswar, Oct 27: In order to streamline the receipt of application, accurate verification and disbursal/transfer of money in cases of either loss of life, injury suffered or continuation of interrupted treatment in other private hospitals consequent upon the unfortunate fire accident at the IMS and SUM Hospital on October 17, 2016, the hospital authorities have set up a separate ‘SUM Relief Cell’ at the SOA University Administrative Building near Khandagiri Square, Bhubaneswar.
Bona fide claimants who have records and documents to establish their identity and eligibility may telephonically contact 0674-6003132 from 10 am to 5 pm except Sundays and holidays or send an e-mail to sum-relief@soauniversity.ac.in.
In case of loss of life, the documents must be accompanied by the post-mortem report issued by the hospital where it was conducted.
