Bhubaneswar, Sept 16: As per the general administration department notification, by doing a slight change in IAS cadre, Tuhin Kanta Pandey, 1987 batch IAS officer who was appointed in the finance department after he returned from central deputation, has now been appointed as the new Principal Secretary of Finance Department by the State Government on Thursday .
On the other side, additional charge of Information and Public relation has been given to 1993 batch officer Surendra Kumar. He is presently serving as the secretary of Schedule Tribe and Schedule Cast and OBC Development Department.
Currently posted as the Secretary of the women and child development department, Vishal Dev 1996 batch officer has been given the additional charge of Sports and Youth Affairs Department.
