Bhubaneswar, Sept 28: In a minor reshuffle, the 1986 batch IAS Sudarshan Pal Thakur who was posted as the Principal Secretary in Excise Department, has been appointed as the new chief administrator of KBK.
On the other hand, additional charge of Excise department has been given to Bishnupada Sethi, Fisheries and Animal Resources Development Secretary.
Recently returned from central deputation, Vishal Gagan 1998 batch officer has been appointed as new Special Secretary of Water Resources Department.
