Sohini Mohanty Excels In AITA Nationals
Sohini Mohanty, a student of KiiT International School, has won the doubles final in the All India Tennis Association (AITA) Nationals which concluded at Aurangabad, Maharashtra, recently.
Miss Mohanty & Rishsitha Reddy beat Harshalli Nagaraj & Snigdha Kanta in final of doubles.
Also, She became Runners-up in singles. In singles finals she lost to Harshani Nagaraj of Karnataka with score (6-3)(2-6)(1-6).
In the last nationals she made it to both the finals held at Mumbai in March. She had achieved world ranking in juniors in her very first ITF tournament in Nepal.
She is on her way to play in the juniors Davis Cup Team under the tutelage of Coach Farhan Ali.
