Bhubaneswar: The Maha Kumbh in Prayagraj, the biggest event in the world, or rather, the biggest event in the history of humanity, has successfully been concluded in Uttar Pradesh. But the question is what is its achievement? There are some things that have some immediate achievements and some have long-term achievements. If we start with the achievement of Maha Kumbh and try to explain it pointwise, then the first achievement is that it has awakened the consciousness of the followers of Sanatan. The way our subconscious was affected by the mentality of slavery and the way frustrated, the Mahakumbh has been able to bring the Sanatanis out of that frustration. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath have made this event an event of pride for Sanatan.

More than 66 crore people, came to take the holy dip. But there were crores of people whose bodies did not reach there but their minds were taking the same dip. The government freed them from the feeling of shame towards Sanatan. Whether it was physical or mental, the government worked to free them from that.

Thirdly, the debate raging these days on caste, has completely been stalled and drowned in the Sangam. There was no trace of caste in the gathering of 66 crore people. No one asked anyone about his or her caste while taking the holy dip. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has claimed that one ‘Malla’ family which had about 150 boats, earned Rs 30 crore in these 45 days and there are numerous others who earned huge money in these 45 days than what they would have earned in several years. The Mahakumbh also related to employment and livelihood.

The wave of faith that was seen at the congregation, is the victory cry of Sanatan. People from not only India but from across the whole congregated at the venue. people from more than 100 countries came to take a dip in the holy Triveni Sangam. This event is not an ordinary event in the world, but perhaps the biggest so far in history of humanity.

We have been hearing for years, maybe for centuries, that whenever there is a discussion about India, that is unity in diversity. This Maha Kumbh has completely overturned this concept. This Maha Kumbh has told the whole world that this is not unity in diversity, but diversity in unity. This diversity in unity is so intertwined and integrated that it does not appear to be separate. No caste, religion, language, region, country. The thousand years of slavery had created a huge void in spirituality and the saints and sages filled this void. Notably, the youth of the country came in the largest number and connected with spirituality in a way that people who have been separated for many years got connected with each other. There was no difference of North, South, East or West or language. Now a British study says that the environment is protected the most by the followers of Hindu religion in the world as they see divinity in everything. They worship everything of nature and protect it.

The world has now seen the leadership of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, his administrative ability and his management skills, his patience and his belief. No one was afraid leaving home to come to such a gathering as they had faith in Yogi. This Maha Kumbh has shown that so many attempts were made to spread negativity, find shortcomings and flaws. But nearly 67 crore people came totally unaffected by these propagandas.

The Mahakumbh impact was not limited to Prayagraj alone. A huge number of devotees went to Kashi Vishwanath, Ayodhya, Maa Vindhya Vasini, Chitrakoot and other religious places also.

The way the Yogi government branded the Maha Kumbh, it removed all the doubts from the minds of the people of the country and the world. There are many ways of publicity, but the most effective and efficient publicity is word of mouth publicity and the biggest impact is of the reality experienced.

On the night of February 28– on 29th there was Mouni Amavasya– vehicles were stopped in the surrounding districts. The villagers of that area made arrangements for the food and accommodation of the people there. The administration helped them in that. There was no complaint from them. An elderly woman, about 90 years, travelled to Prayagraj without informing anyone in the family. When asked she said “What was there to fear? This was faith in Yogi and his administration.

The big line he has drawn will not be possible for anyone to cross. Anyone who went to Mahakumbh with faith and belief saw it at Sangam. The detractors have been silenced. ‘Vasudaiv Kutumbakam’ are not just two words. The Hindu culture teaches to implement it in daily life. And the economic effect. A nearly 4 lakh crore rupees surge in the coffers of the Uttar Pradesh government. Nearly enough to change the fate of the people of the state.
