Sundergarh, Nov 11: BDO of Tangarapali, Soumendra Kumar Das has allegedly accused Sundergarh Congress MLA, Yogesh Singh for giving him death threats. In respect to this, the BDO has also filed an FIR against the Cong MLA at the Lefripada police station.
Based on Das’ complaint, the MLA telephoned him and told him to allocate all work orders under the Gopabandhu Gramin Yojana (GGY) to his supporters. On refusing to do so saying that he cannot go against the norms, the MLA hurled abuses on the BDO and also gave death threats to him. However, Singh refuted the allegations.
