Temperature to Drop From January 17

Bhubaneswar: After days of respite, the coldness of winter is set to grip Odisha yet again. The temperature is likely to drop in the coming days.

The temperature will drop by 2 to 4 degree Celsius from tomorrow. After the impact of the western disturbances decreased, cold winds from North-west direction will flow. As a result the winters will turn harsh and cold. Thick fog blanket is also to prevail in the next two days. The IMD has issued a yellow warning for thick fog to five districts for January 17.

Today, the lowest temperature will remain at 17 to 18 degree Celsius while from tomorrow the temperature will drop to 13 degree Celsius. The temperature in Cuttack was recorded at 14 degrees. It will decrease to 12 degrees Celsius predicted IMD.
