Bhubaneswar/Jatni, Mar 22: Today the chief Hochiminh Sastri of Asha Kiran and one of its staff in Jatni, were arrested for allegedly torturing a Bangladeshi minor boy. The statements of the minor will be recorded today at the capital city court.
